The will design and deliver the training in partnership with a commercial studio. Virtro Entertainment is a Vancouver-based commercial studio designing and developing VR and AR games across computing, gaming, and mobile platforms. manages and oversees the education, training, and assesses the learning of the students in partnership with Virtro Entertainment.

Dave Fracchia

Dave is currently serving as a Professor of Professional Practice at the Centre for Digital Media (CDM). Previously Dave held the role of Adjunct Professor at Simon Fraser University.  Dave was the Head of Studio at Radical Entertainment.

Liezel Sinclair

Liezel has over 12 years experience as a senior executive and art director for Radical Games.  She has extensive game design, development and deployment knowledge coupled with relationships at many of the major studios and game publishers throughout North America.

Fernando Medrano

Fernando is an experienced creative director, product developer, and founder of games and other technology startups. Fernando bridges the gap between creative and technology and comes with a proven ability to raise private and government startup capital.

Laurie Anderson

Laurie is the Executive Director of Continuing Studies in the Faculty of Education at Simon Fraser University.  He is an Adjunct Professor following a successful career focused on Education through all levels of education.

Virginia Balcom

Virginia is an engineer by training, a strong communicator by nature, and an innovative marketer by experience. For more than 20 years she has been bringing new technology-based products to market. She has helped companies create and deliver winning marketing strategies.
